  • the right to object to its processing,
  • the right to data transfer,
  • the right to revoke the consent for processing of personal data for a particular purpose, if you expressed such a consent before,
  • the right to file a complaint to an official authority regarding processing of personal data by us.

The aforementioned rights can be executed in accordance with the rules stipulated in Art. 16 – 21 RODO, by contacting us at office@livecamescape.com. We can refuse the execution of some of the aforementioned rights in a situation when the execution of one right would be at variance with the justified purpose of processing data by us. For example, we can refuse removal of personal data included in an order placed by you until the expiry of the claims due to the agreement concluded through the website.

Provision of your personal data by you is always voluntary, but it is necessary to make a booking on the website, sign up to the newsletter, contact us, or send us an enquiry or another form.

We guarantee confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure undertaking all measures of safety and security of personal data required by provisions on the protection of personal data. Personal data is collected with due diligence, and appropriately protected against unauthorised access. Personal data is processed exclusively in the territory of the European Union.

We entrust processing of personal data to the following entities:

  • Amazon WEB Services – for the purpose of data storage on the website,
    PayPal Holdings, Inc. – for the purpose of conducting payments,
  • Niedziałek Marek Niedziałek – for the purpose of implementation of games in the rooms owned by the company,
  • Google LLC. – for the purpose of using the service of external mail server G suite,
  • Rocket Science Group // 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 – for the purpose of using the MailChimp mailing system for sending the newsletter,
  • Financial-accounting office Ewa Piórek – for the purpose of using the services of an external accounting office.

3. Booking a room

Booking an escape room through the Website requires provision of your personal data necessary for the execution of the order and payment. The legal basis for processing your personal data included in the order is the execution of the agreement concluded based on the Website regulations.

By booking a room through Website livecamescape.com, you conclude an agreement directly with Let Me Out Sp. z o.o. and owner of the room. Due to this, the administrator of your personal data provided in the order form is also the owner of the room. This means that in the scope of execution of the placed order, two entities are independent administrators of your personal data – owner of the room and Website administrator. The order is executed by the owner of the room. Therefore, the administrator of Website livecamescape.com processes your data exclusively in the scope of its storage in the administrator’s base. The data will be stored in the base for the period of functioning of the Website.

Data related to the order will be stored in the base of the administrator for the period of functioning of the Website.

4. Invoices

If we issue or deliver an invoice related to the use of the Website, we process your personal data for this purpose in a scope necessary for issuing such an invoice. The legal basis for processing your data in such a case is meeting the legal obligation of issuing an invoice. Moreover, all issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation. Therefore, your data will be naturally processed in the scope of such documentation for a period required by legal provisions.

5. Newsletter

Through the website you can subscribe to the newsletter containing information on news, promotions, products, and services related to the Website. For the purpose of sending the newsletter, your personal data is processed in the scope of first name and e-mail address.

The legal basis for processing your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent expressed through ticking the relevant checkbox to sign up to the newsletter. You can revoke such consent at any time by cancelling your subscription to the newsletter.

Data processed for the purposes of sending the newsletter is stored in the base of the mailing system for the period of functioning of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter which will result in the removal of data from the base.

By contacting the Website administrator by means of electronic mail, you naturally provide the administrator with your e-mail address as the address of the sender of the message. Moreover, you may include other personal data in the message content.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.

Your personal data provided to us in the scope of e-mail contact is processed exclusively for the purpose of examination of your enquiry. The content of correspondence may be subject to archivization.

If you complete and send such a form, the personal data included in it will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing of such a survey, enquiry, or form. The Administrator hereby informs the User on the use the following technologies tracing activities undertaken by the User in the scope of the Website:

  • Google Analitycs tracking code – for the purpose of analysis of Website statistics,
  • Google AdWords tracking code – for the purpose of displaying personalised ads

10. Server logs

The use of the Website involves sending enquiries to the server on which the Website is stored.

Each enquiry sent to the server is saved in server logs. The logs cover among others the IP address of the User, date and time of server, information on the internet browser and operating system used by the User.

The logs are saved and stored on the server.

Data saved in server logs is not associated with particular persons using the Website, and is not used by the Administrator for the purpose of identification of the User.

Server logs constitute exclusively auxiliary material for Website administration, and their content is not disclosed to any parties except for persons entitled to server administration.
